Registration Hours

To pick up your badge or to register onsite, go to the registration area located at the Orange County Convention Center, West Building, West AB Lobby, Level 1 during the following hours:

Saturday, August 1, 2020 1:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Sunday, August 2, 2020 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Monday, August 3, 2020 7:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Tuesday, August 4, 2020 7:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Wednesday, August 5, 2020 8:00 a.m. to 9:30 a.m.

Cancellation/Refund/Transfer Policy

The APCO 2020 Annual Conference & Expo will take place as planned August 2-5, 2020. Should we need to cancel the conference due to COVID-19, your attendee registration fees will be refunded in full.

If something comes up and you simply can’t attend, cancellations, transfers and requests for refunds must be received in writing by July 3, 2020. Refunds will be processed less a $75 administrative charge. Transfers between attendees will incur a $25 administrative charge. No refunds will be made after July 3, 2020, or for no-shows. We’d hate for you to miss the annual conference, but if you must, requests may be submitted via email to accounting@apcointl.org, via fax to (386) 944-2722, or via mail to APCO International, Attn: Accounting Dept., 351 North Williamson Blvd., Daytona Beach, FL 32114.
